Sovereign is introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) for secure portal
log-ins from September 2026. This change strengthens the protection of member
and employer data.
What happens next
- Affected users receive an email from Sovereign ahead of the change, with step-by-step instructions.
- At your first log-in after the change, you set up your second verification step.
- From then on, signing in is easier — entering your password as normal then one code sent to your e-mail of authenticator app.
There is nothing you need to do right now. Instructions will be sent directly
to affected users before the change takes effect.
